Speaking

Severine appears on C-SPAN speaking in the U.S. House of Representatives on the political situation in Congo.

I have presented at hundreds of seminars and conferences, including a World Summit of Nobel Peace Laureates, a U.S. Congressional hearing, and a TED conference.

I do a lot of presentations about my three books (The Frontlines of Peace, Peaceland, and The Trouble with the Congo)—like at this meeting of the United Nations Security Council.

Séverine Autesserre giving her TED talk on Congo, violence, and peace, stands on stage in front of the large red TED talk symbol.

I speak on peace and peacebuilding (including conflict-resolution, peacekeeping, and international aid), as well as the conflict in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
